For 30 years, we have been operating teen centers called Youth Venture in the neighborhoods of San Diego. It all began with one 700 square foot center near our church, and has since expanded to four centers totaling over 10,000 square feet, and influencing many others across the country.

Over the years we have witnessed how effective this model is at reaching young people. We have seen countless testimonies to the life-transforming work that happens in these centers.

For over 20 years, Jeremy served at these centers, spending 10 of those years as the Director of Operations.

A question began to stir in his heart.

What if more communities around the country had teen centers like Youth Venture?

What if we could help churches in other cities launch their own centers? What kind of difference could these centers make in the lives of the young people who live there?

As this burden grew, churches began to learn about these centers and ask how to launch their own. It became clear that it was time to take up this calling and run with it. Together with Mark, Kevin, and Matt, Visit Ministries was launched.

Through Visit we are taking what we have learned in our many years of experience, and making it available to churches across the country. This is the work we’ve committed to and in which we are seeing great fruit.
